Weber Grill Restaurant Master Series

We are happy to announce our 1st Annual Thanksgiving Master Class!  This year’s class will take place on November 9th, 2019 from 10am-4pm at the Weber Grill Restaurant in Schaumburg, IL.  No matter what your BBQ skill level is, this is not a class to miss.  This Master Class will cover everything you need to know about Smoking Turkey.  You will master the ins and outs of grilling with wood, charcoal and gas and learn the secrets of producing the same authentic BBQ as the great pit masters. From seasoning, brining and slow cooking your meat to pairing the best beverages, we will teach you all the techniques necessary to become a grilling expert!

  • Turkey from start to finish;  Brining, Cooking and Slicing
  • Top BBQ Accessories
  • Ultimate Turkey Taste Test – Brined vs. Unbrined, Stuffed vs. Unstuffed


Our Master Class will include panel discussions with Weber Grills Head Grillmaster Kevin Kolman, Weber Grills BBQ Experience Manager and Culinary Grillmaster Dustin Green. 


Our special guest for this event is Dr. Michael Cressman, Professor of Meat Sciences from the Ohio State University Department of Animal Sciences.

What To Expect at our Hands-On Grilling Classes

In our classes you'll work together in a fun, hands-on environment led by the Weber Grill Masters and Chefs. You will have the opportunity to practice your skills on either a Weber charcoal kettle grill or a Weber gas grill. Along with the recipes, we will teach you everything you'll need to know about grilling, from set-up to clean up.

  • Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted
  • You will work with other students
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 20 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable shoes and have long hair tied back

You will have a chance to enjoy every dish you cook.
